Raquel comes from Vila Velha in Espirito Santo, Brazil and was a Research Assistant intern at the CROP Secretariat from January-June 2015.
She holds a bachelor degree in Law from the Faculdade Brasileira, in Vitória - Brasil.
During law school she had the opportunity to work as a State Prosecutor assistant.
